The transmission would have to be removed, which is a really big job
Buy the correct plugs and they come pre-gapped, especially platinum plugs as you are not supposed to alter gap on these at all. I think .035 is correct.

I have a 96 Plymouth breeze-- to get to the flasher, you have to take the steering column cover off. major pain in the butt.
The 98 Plymouth breeze has a spring loaded belt tensioner. There is no adjustment, if the belt is loose then the tensioner must be changed.
