P1391 - intermittent loss of cam or crank. Typically indicates a problem with either the crankshaft, or camshaft position sensor.
The first thing I'd do? Replace the cam sensor in the distributor, the most likely cause that hasn't been eliminated yet. After that it comes down to chasing wires. Generally when you see this code it's a cam senor fault though.
