The wiring order for the distributor cap on a 1993 Jeep Cherokee is going to depend on what size motor it has. The 6 cylinder motor firing order is very different from the 8 cylinder motor.

get a book Run your spark plug wire from the #1 plug to the #1 lug on the distributor cap. Then follow the rest of the firing order going clockwise around the cap.

Check the ground wire connection.
try changing gears on the gear changer. nothing else change TPS

Going clockwise on a V8, starting from the #1 position, it is 18436572.
Basically it means it means you have a invalid skim key and you are going to have to replace the i mobilizer module with new keys and reprogram.
A very common problem is to have broken wires in the harness going to the driver side door.
Probably sucking air somewhere or distributor is 180 degrees off
