Thermostat-Open-95 degree C Fully open-130 degree C
The 1998 Chevy Corvette cooling operating temperature limit is 210 degrees. The 1998 Chevrolet Corvette has an 195 degree thermostat.
Main Fan 228*F Aux Fan 235*F
Yes, but it is not recommended to run straight water in the cooling system.
The 2000 Chevy Corvette normal operating coolant temperature is 195 degrees. You can install thermostats that will allow the coolant temperature to only run at 180 degrees.
the cooling fan comes on at 230 and normal engine temperature is usually around 218 depending on the outside temp.
210-220 f
with my 92 corvette the temp while driving is usually between 198 and 207.---but when stopped the temp goes up to 228 then the electric fan should kick on. i researched the same stuff--- some say of a way to convert the temp sensor to kick the fan on at a cooler temp---don't know---peace
The oil temp sensor on a 1991 Chevy Corvette is located on the bottom of the engine, near the oil pan. It constantly monitors the temperature of the oil and relays information to the computer.
Check water pump repl. thermosat repl coolant repl. water temp. switch swap coolant fan Problem solved when repl. cooling fan relay it had an Intermitent problem. sometimes the electric cooling fan would come on then it would not when temp. was at it peak no fan after repl the relay it worked properly.
Range is the difference of cooling water inlet and cooling water outlet temp
air in the cooling system, indicating you have a coolant leak somewhere.or a sticking thermostate but i doubt it.
== == Cooling fans are designed to start at 235 degrees
