Top pin is ABS. Next two pins are marker lights. Next two pins down are flashers. Bottom pin is brake lighting. Center pin is ground.

Don't worry about the extra wires, the trailer with a four wire plug doesn't use them. You will have to buy a harness from the Dodge dealer that will let the trailer lights work without messing with the computer that runs the taillights on the truck. The kit will have the harness and instructions. If you hard wire the trailer into the truck taillights the "lamp out" light will come on on the dash and the turnsignals will flash fast.
