wil 1948 chevy truck cab and bed fit on a 1999 Chevy Tahoe 4 door frame
82-04 s10 frame
Nothing without fabrication involved.
Unfortunately, a newer yz250 model engine will not be able to fit the frame of a 1991 model. These engines were designed to specifically fit the frames of certain models of the vehicle and are not universal.
One that I've seen used several times is a late model S10 chassis. Haven't done it myself but it sure looks like a near perfect setup.
You can if it's not newer then a 1998 model. If it's newer then a 98 then you will need a engine scanner to do that.
73-87 c10 truck frames will fit with minor ajusting
The bed from a 2001 Chevy will not directly fit a 1988 Chevy due to differences in design, dimensions, and mounting points. While both are Chevy trucks, their body styles and frame configurations changed significantly between those model years. Modifications may be possible, but it would require custom work to adapt the newer bed to fit the older truck.
If it's a 2004 or newer then it is inside the fuel tank. If it is older, then you will find it inside the frame rail on drivers side, back were the transmission cross member bolts to the frame.
A direct bolt in replacement, the 1966 would work. After that nothing would be a direct bolt in with out fabrication.
Ebay does have listings for several newer model Chevy Tahoe's. You can visit Ebay Motors and search the make and model vehicle and browse the listings.
The last year Chevrolet offered a 5.7-liter V8 engine in a pickup truck was 2002. This engine was part of the 1500 series trucks, specifically within the GMT800 platform. After this, Chevy transitioned to newer engine options, including the 4.8-liter and 5.3-liter V8s.
Answerno the wiring harness in your 92 model truck will not fit correctly into the newer dash. to replace the dash you are going to have to change over the wiring harness, both doors, and the steering column.
