A clutch wrench is a mechanical tool used to hold a clutch in place during installation. This holds the clutch still and does not allow it to move.
I used a 12 inch crescent wrench and a 13mm wrench on the water pump pulley bolts. if it wont budge, tap the fan clutch nut with a hammer, sometimes they are hard to get off
You need a 3/8 Allen key.

Just a 36mm wrench and a holding devise (spanner) to remove the fan clutch.

Changing a VW Polo clutch cable requires exposing both ends of the cable. An open ended wrench will be needed to loosed the existing cable. After replacing the cable, be sure to bleed the line to prevent failure.
