On my 1998 Ford Expedition XLT.

I put 10w30 or 10w40 Castro's Motor Oil.

I have over 150,000 miles on my truck and it's running like a champ.

My brother has a 2000 Ford Expedition EB with over 250,000 miles on it and he uses the same oil and it's running like a champ. He also tows alot.
