Automotive turn signals, commonly refered to as "blinkers", are not actually fuse protected. The gentle "plink-plink" you hear while waiting to make a left turn across four lanes of five o'clock traffic comes from the turn signal flasher. The flasher, usually located adjacent or inside the vehicles fuse box, is a simple electric relay. Looks much like a little bitty aluminum can. When it fails, the turn signals do not work. The relay serves as a fusible link in the turn signal system. If you still have the vehicle owner's manual, it will probably tell you the exact location and replacement part number for the relay. It's a simple "pull it out, plug in the new" exchange. No manual? Visit your local auto parts house and tell them what kind of car you have. A few bucks later and you're back to that happy "plinkety-plink-plink".
On a 2007 Dodge Charger, the blinker fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, remove the cover of the fuse box, which is typically found to the left of the steering column. Look for the fuse labeled "Turn Signal" or "Blinker" in the diagram on the cover or inside the fuse box. If the fuse is blown, replace it with one of the same amperage.
Change your blinker fuse / relay.
Your fuse box is under the hood on left side and you should find the diagram on it in your owners manual, that should tell you which one is the blinker fuse and the size

In a 1986 Mazda B2000, the fuse for the turn signal (blinker) is located in the fuse box, which is typically found under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can identify the correct fuse by referring to the diagram on the fuse box cover or in the owner's manual, as the specific fuse for the turn signals may vary. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the blinker system.
by blinker I assume you mean turning signal. The fuse is located under the dash board, driver side. It's a little black fuse box, the cover of the box should tell you what fuse is for what.
The fuse block is part of the headlight switch. Look under the dash just below the headlight switch and you will find it plainly visible.
