Mine is located one the lower left side of the instrument panel. Right about where your left knee would be if you were sitting in the driver's seat. It is supposed to have a door on it with a handle on it that says FUSE. Pull the handle down and forward. Hope it helps.
The blinker switch is located to the left of the steering column. It is bolted up behind the dash board. It is not with the fuse box.

Try and replace the blinker switch. Iits a round thing under the dashboard on the fuse panel. It should be clearly marked.

It should be located underneath the steering wheel, off to the left if you were sitting in the car in a box of fuses about 6 inches big or so off Under the driver side dash is the fuse panel. The round metal can is the flasher relay, not a fuse. Look inside the glove box for the fuse diagram.
