I think your is external just get a new one, the way to bleed it (as in build up pressure to change the clutch engage point) is to disconnect it from the trans press it against the ground as hard as you can then have someone push the petal slowly. then compress it as much as you can an have them releases the petal. do again and again. all your doing is building up pressure at a different point to have the petal engage differently. repeat till at point you want.
NOTE do not remove the set screw and try and adjust it that way you will break the plastic threads and need a new unit. Which is only about 80 bucks.
It is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment and it has a line that runs down to the drivers side of the trans. You can buy them on line from Quadra Tech and JC Whitney.
If your is internal (inside the bell housing unit) its easier to bleed, but a nightmare to replace because you have to pull the trans. the bleed nut is on the passenger side of the trans and get a bleeder helper form the auto part help section, so you don't get air in you line. good luck.
