In the left hand corner, under the windscreen should be a metal plate with it (uk) whatever side you drive it should be on the passenger side.
In the engine bay, pop open the bonnet and right infront of you on the metal plate will be either a sticker or plate (cant remember) with all the info on it.
In my fiesta on the drivers side carpet is a clip that you can pop open and it reveals it.
If you dont have it on any of those first 2 ... then you have a dodgy car ;)
