There is no ABS relay on a Chevy 2002 Astro Van. If the ABS light is on it is indicating a problem with the vehicle that should be checked out.

The ABS pump relay is intergrated into the EHCU (elecro-hydraulic control Unit) and it is not serviceable. If the ABS pump relay is defective, the entire control unit must be replaced.

If you want to just disable the ABS then you can pull out the fuse for the ABS relay. The only thing is the ABS light will show on the dash.
Answer noted on another website (Search on: antilock brakes 2002 Avalanche): Person reported exact same problem with a 2002 Chevy Avalanche and had already changed both front wheel speed sensors, the rear wheel speed sensor in the transmission, and master cylinder with no fix. Answer provided by a Chevy Technician was: Similar problem noted on a 2002 Suburban. You'll need to check all of the ABS reluctor rings on the front wheel bearings and in the rear. The one that "he" worked on had a loose reluctor ring on the right front hub, causing the ABS to intermittently activate when coming to a stop.
