The Sonoma has two oxygen sensors. The first is on the underside of the exaust manifold. You can locate it by jacking up the driver side behind the front tire and look between the transmission and the frame of the truck. It has a single wire about 10 inches long and plug. The second is located between the catalytic converter and the muffler on the pasenger side. It has a cable abut 10 inches long and a 4 pole plug.
Rear of the engine block.

Start at the radiator and follow the upper rad hose to the engine. The hose connects to the thermostat housing. The thermostat is located in this housing.
97 chev cav fuel filter is located in under rear passenger side right by the wheel axle.
The thermostat is on the water pump.(the left side in the front of the car) 2 screws to take out that's all
the t.p.s is right across from the throttle cable on the throttle body the when u find it u will see how to take it off
lr stands for long rifle(uses a bullet) I dont know where you got 22l from
there is a sensor in the bottom of the coolant bottle, change this and you should be o.k. tap the sensor with a screw driver it will go out uts just stuck
GM doesn't have the fuel pump inertia switch. That's a Ford thing.
