The throttle position sensor on a 1995 Ford Bronco is located on the throttle body. It detects how far the accelerator has been pressed.
The map sensor on a 1990 Ford 5.8 EFI Bronco is on the passenger side. It is located on the firewall.
I have a 1995 bronco and the sensor is located to the right of the distributor. It has only one wire running to it. Mine is a 5.8 as well. I'd imagine the location is the same on the '89 model.
