On 2005, F150 the Computer module (a.k.a. RAP, Body Security Device) is behind the backseat of a supercab. removal of the back seat is required and it is a tricky deal the first time. upon removing the backseat peel back the carpet and it will be right there with the keyless enty master code plain as day.

Both of the above answers are incorrect if you are looking for the engine computer aka the pcm aka the ecu. The ECU is in the engine compartment attached to the firewall just behind the battery. There are four bolts attaching it to the firewall and 3 quick disconnect connectors plugged into it.

i seriously doubt it. there have been several engine modifications to the the Triton v8s since 1999.
The ignition control module for a 1995 ford f150 is an important part of the drive train. If the module is failing then the engine will run erratically or not start at all.
