Manual transmissions don't have a dipstick and in fact, most newer automatics don't have one. There are two plugs on the transmission. a fill plug and a drain plug. Transmission Fluid for most standards is SAE 80 and should be filled to about 1/2 inch below the fill plug. If yours has synthetic (and it probably does) you must fill with synthetic. However, with a manual trans you dont need to check it unless it is leaking and you don't need to change it under normal conditions for the life of the transmission. Some folks do change the gearbox fluids including the trans at about 150.000 miles.
The transmission is a sealed unit and has no dipstick. Look in your owner's manual.
no.... Pontiac changed to a new transmission in 2000
A 2001 Pontiac Sunfire requires 1.8 quarts of DEXRON III fluid for the 5-speed manual transmission.
Car has manual transmission.
Horse power is a rating on the motor, it has nothing to do with the transmission.
I have a 2001 pontiac sunfire, and at the time I could not find the transmission. The manual said to add four quarts, and I did.How will I know if the transmission is circulating.

The manual transmission doesn't have a dipstick , there will be a fill plug on the transmission
You cannot download the service manual for a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire for free. You will need to call the manufacturer and purchase a new manual.
The manual transmission doesn't have a dipstick . There will be a fill plug somewhere on the transmission underneath the car
No, there is no dipstick. Manual transmissions do not have a dipstick. My 2006.5 Optima manual does not have a dipstick.
No dipstick on the manual transmission , fluid level is checked underneath the car at the transmission fill plug
