on my 1995 Ford Explorer, the fuel pump inertia switch is in the right front passenger area. It is below the dash, but right above the carpeted floor in the right hand corner.
It is located on the drivers side of the transmission. You will have to remove the linkage to replace it. There should be directions with the new switch.
