it will be pluged into your fuse box either the one in your dash or out under the hood, they will be about 4 or so of them, it should tell you in your owners manual, and soemtimes on the fuse box cover, but most wiil have a number on the cover showing the fuse your looking at then look in the diagram in your owners manuel and match it up, you must replace it, it cannot be fixed, it can be tested but i'm not sure if an auto parts store is equiped to do the testing. if you don't have a owners manuel you half to let me know although mine is a 93 but i'm sure there the same, you can email me at butchcoat@sbcglobal.net butch
On the '92 sunblrd SE the power for the lights to from fuse to headlight switch to dimmer switch to bulb, no relay involved.
