On the 3.8 L engine the reservoir cap is hidden behind/underneath the alternator. If you look behind the alternator, you will see two hoses. If you move hoses out of the way and look straight down, you should see all black cap of the Power Steering fluid reservoir. It's very easy to over look because there is no markings on the cap.
