You have the hose from the engine (bottom) that goes into your radiator, and one from the radiator to the motor. The sensor is where the second hose plugs into the motor. Be careful when you loosen and torque the bolts, they're fragile.
Start by replacing the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
The camshaft sensor on a 2000 Saturn is located on the firewall side behind the lower engine assembly. The camshaft sensor is the last one with a connector facing the transmission.

Test the relay and the temperature sensor.
The Engine coolant temperature sensor is installed in a coolant passage which is located at the front left cornerof the cylinder head.
On a 2000 Saturn SL1, the coolant temperature sensor is located on the engine block, near the thermostat housing. Specifically, it is usually found on the driver's side of the engine, towards the rear. You may need to remove some components for better access. Always ensure the engine is cool before attempting to locate or replace the sensor.
It's a part of the throttle body assembly.
it is in the right mirror !!
In the crankcase
In the engine compartment
The rear crankshaft sensor is located on the back of the crankshaft. The rear engine cover will need to be removed in order for the sensor to be visible.
No Saturns have been offered with turbocharged engines. There are, therefore, no 'turbo speed sensors' on any Saturn vehicles.
