In a 2002 Cadillac Seville SLS, the component that controls the turn signal indicators, or blinkers, is located within the multifunction switch, which is mounted on the steering column. This switch is responsible for activating the turn signals when the lever is moved up or down. Additionally, the flasher relay, which helps control the blinking rate of the signals, can typically be found in the fuse box under the dashboard or in the engine compartment.
Blinker relay is under steering column. In fuse box, there is a relay in right corner. If your blinkers don´t flash, that is usually broken.
turn the ignition on but do not start the car. hold the Off and Red Warmer button on the Climate control panel to the right of your speedometer. hold them until the dash will flash off and on and it will then list you diagnostic codes

The senors need to be replaced, they are about $75.00 a piece and there are 4. Even if you replace the brakes; until replace the senors it will is flash change brake pads on dashboard
The flasher on most cars is located around the fuse box under the dash, or attached to the underside of the dash. It is a small round cylindrical Can made of aluminum, or plastic.
It could be the flasher or the signal relay switch. You could take it to NAPA or Advantage and they would answer this question for sure for you.
Not sure what Kind of car this is, but usually if the blinkers run fast it's because you have a bulb burnt out. I'd check your tailights first.
Yes. flashcadillac.com
You need the same number of bulbs, and they cannot be led's.
If the lights come on but just do not flash, then replace the flasher relay. If they do not come on check the bulb and fuse.
try replacing the flasher. if the 4 ways work, switch them to see if the system is ok
It's "Flash Cadillac & The Continental Kids" they had a few minor hits in late 1976.
