Where is the windshield fluid pump located on a 2007 impala
underneath the fluid reservoir
It's at the base of the fluid reservoir under the right front fender.
The pump is located inside of the washer fluid reservoir.
Begin by removing the hose from your windshield washer pump. Remove the windshield washer pump wiring harness. Remove the windshield washer pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new windshield washer pump.
There seems to be none. Neither the Owner's Manual or the Haynes Repair Manual show a fuse for the Windshield Washer Pump...
you may have a block in the line behind the pump stopping the fluid

Open your hood and find the windshield wiper fluid tank and drain it. The pump is located on the side of the fluid tank and is plugged in. Remove the plug and the pump output first. Pull the windshield washer fluid pump out of the tank and replace it with the new one. Hook the electric connection and the pump output and refill your fluid tank.

The windshield washer pump 10A fuse is in a fuse box located under the hood near the battery. Chevrolet has come out with a service bulletin indicating that the 10A fuse is inadequate for circuit operation. Chevrolet is suggesting to increase fuse size to 15A. Rich B.
