well i had the same problem on my 1997 jeep country and the problem was that there is a fuse in the fuse box under you hood that should be labled IOD and that is the fuse that controls all the controls on your dash..i replaced that one in my jeep and everything worked just fine..if not that then somthing electrical prolly
