I tried to wiggle the steering wheel for hours and the key wouldn't budge. I called a locksmith, got them to make another key, yet that did not solve the whole problem. They had to take out my ignition and clean it because over the years, with the numerous times I had put my key in the ignition it got wore out and started to scrape metal shavings into the igntion. All of this would then be the cause of the rotater in the ignition being jammed and all they had to do was clean it, and it cost 100 dollars.
