Two things come to mind here. One may be that the PVC valve is faulty and rather cheap to replace. The other likely problem is called "blowbye". This is bad. This means that pressure is escaping from the pistons when the cylinder is compressed due to bad rings or scored cylinder walls. Ring wear and cylinder wall scores come from failure to properly change the oil at regular intervals or major internal friction within the engine that caused metal deterioration and/or structural breakdown.

Is the engines whistle a sentence?

This simple question is very complex actually, since we have no idea the context of what you are saying. However we can discuss the various means for engines whistle. An engine could be three things: An engine for a car or an engine as in a train or an engine as in a red indian. Therefore we could have the sentences "The engine (car) whistles every time I go over 120km" or "The engine (train) whistled when it passed us." or "The engine (red indian) whistled to his friends to attack!" In the sentences above the word engine is a noun where as the word whistle is a verb. However if you want to say an engine has a whistle then you would say "engine's whistle." Here its important to attach an apostrophy with a "s" to indicate that the engine possess or owns the whistle. So a sentence could read, "The engine's whistle is rather loud so stand back!"

Why does your dipstick pop out when i ride my bike?

First of all, my dipstick doesn't do anything when you ride your bike.Secondly, pushbikes - human powered bicycles don't have dipsticks, so maybe you've stuck this in the wrong category.Third, if it is a motorcycle it could have a dipstick in both the gearbox and the engine. An engine dipstick could be pushed out if the engine had poor piston rings, which would allow for more pressure in the crankcase.
