Could be a plugged fuel filter or a plugged catalytic converter.
I would suspect fuel pump failure.
The power off button.
Broken Belt?
If you are driving a loaded tractor trailer, you would downshift to gain more power when going up hill and downshift to control speed when going down hill.
The alternator may be going bad.
In my experience with my Chevy it was a ground wire
You need to check the two main things- gas and power. Power being electric power. Is it getting spark? If not, you need to track it from where the power is going to. Then track the gas. Is the gas getting to the carb? If not, track that down. This is a process of elimination. Good luck.

The windows on a Chevy Blazer may not roll down if the power window mechanism has been damaged or broken. This can be repaired through a reputable mechanic.
There are several reasons that the rpm of a power generator is going down. The rpm going down could cause damage to the motor if it is not fixed. To find the exact reason why this is happening review your user manual.
I had the same exact problem and i had 5 out of my 6 fuel injectors going bad so i would have them checked out if you havent already
you put it on the center in lenght and going down try to measure any other car going down and glue it on
