Absolutely it will. The Chevy motors- the 350 in particular- are one of the most popular engine swaps. Look at some of the Jeep forum blogs and also do a Google search & I am sure you will find much more details on what is involved. Plan on also upgrading the drive train because the stock parts will not handle the extra HP well in the long run & something is gonna break! Personally if I was planning this, I would use one with fuel injection, not a carburetor.
A computer from a 1992 Wrangler with the same engine is what is compatible.
