Any cam will fit in the hole, but that's not to say that it will produce the right amount of lift and duration to suit the motor.
It's also possible to put in a cam with so much lift it will cause the valves to hit the pistons.

The 390 Ford motor is an FE block and was made as a Big Block only. The small block or Windsor motor could be bored and stroked to have 390+ cubic inches. To build a stroker motor you have to do extensive machine work and parts matching. That process usually involves large amounts of money.
Most blocks have both patterns, but not all.
The 350 engine is a small block, not a big block.
That is a front wheel drive, transverse mounted motor, so I do not see it. The Grand Prix, now, would work, because they did it in the Impala. The Grand am is a little too small.
A 350 is a small block and all the engine parts are small. The 454 is a big block and everything is big. Nothing will interchange.
With gasoline
A small holley carb with vacuum secondaries should work fine or even a replacement quadrajet would be a good choice. Something in the 600cfm range for a small block motor should be more than enough. Yes. The transmission from a small block must be at 351 Windsor , And C6 transmission if the transmission is a c4 . It will not work
The crank in the big block is a lot bigger then the small block crank. Therefore the 350 fly-wheel will not fit on the 454 or any hog block.Nothing on a hog block will interchange with the awsome small block.SORRY
