You have a 98 Ford Explorer and the overdrive light is flashing When a mechanic read the transmission code with a code reader it said electrical problem Ideas?
I also have a 98 Ford Explorer that was doing the same thing- When I took to the First Ford dealer they wanted to replace the Transmission and transfer case at a very height cost. I returned it to the dealer I purchased from and they did say there was a problem in the transfer case and replaced it. Thier coast was $700+(Dallas,TX)
