The 4th Amendment says: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Article V - last clause "no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate."
The 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides the " No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of the law. Nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation."

It was the 14th amendment, section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The 19th amendment of the U.S. Constitutions guarantees that all women shall have the right to vote. All men and women shall be created equal.
The sixth amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees that in all criminal prosecutions the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury. The right to have an attorney.
