Bill of Rights

The conservatives in Mexico-primarilly creoles and upper clergy-seek independence from Spain so that they will not have to accept the changes a liberal constitution would bring.
The Constitution of the United States is not bad. Without it, we probably would not have a country right now. If there are things that people don't like, the constitution is amendable! If people want to say that the constitution is bad, I would like to see them write a better one. People need to become active in their country and research the truth in issues.
yes, the constitution is very important without it, people say that we would still be in the Revolutionary War!

No. To change the amendment would take another amendment to the Constitution. The Congress would have to introduce and pass the amendment, then three fourths of the States would have to accept the amendment before it would become ratified.
The people wanted "A bill of rights" - apex

That depends on the constitution, and the reasons to deny the vote (given that constitution). For example in the United States attempting to deny 1 million people the right to vote because they were black would be seen as a constitutional violation, but by the same token most would accept that those 1 million people were felons (most would never ask what the 'crime was').

That's true. Some people wanted other things included before they would sign.
The states were in existence before the federal government, and in fact had to ratify the Constitution before it could take effect. Since the states were all essentially sovereign, independent nations, the Founding Fathers could not have done anything without their agreement. In order to get them to accept the Constitution, the state governments of course had to share power with a limited federal government; otherwise they would never have ratified the Constitution, and the United States would not exist.
dont know man keep looking sorry :(
