His greatest accomplishment domestically, was the signing of the "Americans with Disabilities Act" in 1991. In terms of foreign policy, his crowning achievement was personally organizing a world-wide coalition of countries including Arab countries to fight Saddam Hussein after he invaded Kuwait! It too bad his son didn't emulate his father when he invaded Iraq. One other accomplishment, is that his administration never experienced any scandals and he left office on a high note. I might add to that the Cold War was over by the time he left office which he should get some credit for.
