It is a part of a speech by the British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, during the second World War.

Note: It was in a speech at the Lord Mayor's Day Luncheon, The Mansion House, London, on 10th November 1942. Brought about by the victory over Rommel and the Germans, forcing them out of Egypt.
