Not really, Jupiter is a large gas planet with an opaque atmosphere (you can't see through its clouds). Some think that Jupiter is a star that never formed. The atmosphere is amonia (obviously you could not live in such an environment). Some "similarities" would be that Jupiter has storms somewhat like earth (lightning and swirling clouds).
Neptune is considered an outer planet because it orbits the Sun beyond the asteroid belt in our solar system. It is part of the four gas giants, along with Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus, and is much larger and colder than the inner rocky planets like Earth and Mars.
The Mayan and Olmec societies were alike in that they both developed advanced civilizations in Mesoamerica, with sophisticated artistic, architectural, and writing systems. Both societies relied on agriculture and had complex social structures with rulers, priests, and warriors. They also shared religious beliefs and practices, such as ceremonial rituals and the worship of deities associated with nature.
Earth, when refering to the planet is spelled with a capital E as it is a proper noun (a name). Earth when refering to dirt or soil is not. For example: * "Earth is the only planet that can currently sustain life." * "I love the feeling of the moist earth between by bare toes."
The main source of water on earth is the ocean. Although it is salty, it makes up almost 97% of the world's water.
This question does not make sense. The sun's gravitational pull has an enormous effect on the earth. The earth is 5,973,600,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg and is travelling 107,279 km/h, and the sun's gravitational pull causes it to continually change direction instead of heading off into space in a straight line.
They both have storms such as ( lightning and swirling clods)
EARTH AND JUPITER ARE AWESOME! but i live on earth making it awesomer! BD
Similarities: Planets, natural satellites Differences:Jupiter is a gas giant, earth is not.
Jupiter is bigger so it has a bigger gravitational force, Jupiter is away from the sun more, it is a gas giant. most asteroids hit Jupiter saving our planet, and Jupiter doesn't have a atmosphere like we do.
Jupiter is the least like Earth. Jupiter has a lots more Gravity than Earth and is much bigger, being made mostly of the gases hydrogen and helium. Venus is often referred to as the sister of the earth. It is very alike in size, where it is in the Solar System and what has been found on Venus and the Earth.

Venus and Earth are the two planets that are most alike in terms of size and composition. They are similar in mass, density, and have a similar rocky composition. However, Venus has a harsh environment with extreme temperatures and a thick, toxic atmosphere, unlike Earth.
They are alike because their climate are both cold.
jupiter and earth are both planets and go around the sun. that is the only thing alike. Edit : There's a bit more than that. One thing is that they both have significant magnetic fields. Also they both have important internal heat sources and they have atmospheres with storm systems, etc. There's probably more, but I agree they are very different planets.
Jupiter is approximately 318 times the mass of Earth.
Smallest to largest - Pluto, Earth, Saturn, Jupiter.
Jupiter does not orbit the earth. It takes 11.86 years for Jupiter to orbit the sun.
