Can keys be replaced if you lost the keys to your car to start the car on a 1999 Buick Regal?

You will need to take proof of ownership or registration to a Buick dealer, along with the vin number, but they should be able to get it off the registration.
Now If the car has ever had the ignition replaced it might not work.
I acutally lost the keys to my Avalon in a drunkin stuper, which was a good thing, and had to got to the dealership and do this

Need more info, does it turn over? Did you check to see if you have fuel getting to the engine (does the pump in the tank run when you turn the key)? Do you have spark (check with a inline spark tester $6.00)?

We are having the same problem with my daughters 1999 sunfire, it turns over runs 2 seconds , it appears to be anti theft device ,if you wait ten minutes and try it again it will start,but not sure on how to disable the device , no help as yet,but after 10 minutes it re-sets itself and will start, if that is your problem .
