Since my last answer was flagged, I will elaborate on this. There is NO state in the United States that would tattoo a 12 year old, nor is there ANY respectable shop that would tattoo a minor under the age of 16 even with a parent there with them, and most shops would give you flack for a 16 year old. The only way to get a tattoo under the age of 18, usually, is if you are 17 and about to turn 18, and then MAYBE a shop would tattoo with a parent or guardian there with you.
In summation, there is NO state that would do this, and even if you could...most artists would turn you away just out of pure ethics. The person you are at age 12, is not going to be the person that you will be later in life, so it is for that reason, that a self respecting artist would turn you away for your own good.
I'm pretty sure that you have to be 18 in most states to get a tattoo without your parents consent...
Most states require you to be at least 18 to get a tattoo or a piercing, even if the parents would allow it. *A:* Depends on jurisdiction. Some places - even some US states - have no restrictions. If you want a more specific answer, better give a jurisdiction.
In Georgia you can only get married at 16 if you have parental consent or if you are pregnant and then you don't need parental consent but I wouldn't advise doing that just to get married. The closest place I know of to get married that young is places in South Carolina. (No, I'm not sure which towns...just that there ARE some.)
Florida law does not stipulate a minimum age if the minor has parental consent. However, most tattoo artist require a person under the age of 15-years to be accompanied by an adult in addition to having the required notarized statement of parental consent.
You can get a tattoo in the state of Minnesota as young as 16 years of age with proper parental consent, but without it, you will then have to wait till 18 years of age to get it done. Your parents will need to be present with you at the time of paperwork completion, throughout the duration of the tattoo, and they will need to supply the shop with their state-issued ID's as well as a copy of your birth certificate.
In a few states but they require court consent instead.
West Virginia that's my guess! There is no state that will allow a minor to get married without parental consent or special circumstances/court approval
You have to be 18 in most states and countries to get married without parental consent. There are a few states where it is older.
Most states require you to be 18 to marry without parental consent. The only state allowing marriage at 17 is in Mississippi if you are a male.
Nowhere in the US without parental consent. There are states where you can with parental consent.
In most states, individuals can marry at 17 with parental consent. Some states may require a court order in addition to parental consent. It is important to check the specific laws in the state where the marriage will take place.
No. You still need parental consent to get ungerage marrige pregnant or not. Unless you go to one of those states where it's legal to marry without parental consent.
Well it depends. All states but Nebraska require the couple to be 18 to marry without parental permission. In Nebraska it's 19. A few states waive this requirement if there is a pregnancy but then you most likely still have to have court approval. If you are pregnant/already have kids there are a few states who allow you to get married without parental consent but then you must have permission from a court. And even with parental approval, most states require court approval when you are 16 or less.
In most states you can do so. A few require you to be 19 or even 21 and may also require graduation from high school.
It depends on where you live, but most states have clinics that will prescribe birth control pills to minors without parental consent.
Yes, in the United States, an 18-year-old can obtain a passport without parental consent.
No. In all 50 states that make up the United States of America, you must be 18 years or older to marry without parental consent.
