It depends on the console. Many games consoles only require the use of thumbs/fingers to be played. The Nintendo Wii has captured the market for people who enjoy moving while they play. There are various sports games that require you to mimic the movement of the 'real' sport. (e.g. Bowling, Golf, tennis...etc)
