in soul silver you can either get them sometimes at pokethon for points or if you have this school kids phone number(he's on route 36) sometimes he'll ring you and say he has something for you when you go and pick it up it should be a fire stone.

∙ 12y agoyou go to Castelia city, and next to the connector from the skyarrow bridge, if you go down to the dock, the guy closest to you will ask you which Pokemon you want to evolve, pansear, panpour, and pansage. say pansear to get a fire stone, panpour to get a water stone, and pansage to get a leaf stone. hope i helped!!
