I think you will be very lucky if you get away with just a gasket, i recomend that when you have the head off have it pressure tested for cracks also to make sure it has not warped. Check the top of the block for any cracks between the bores , though this is unlikely , also i would have the radiator checked it would be silly to spend all that money and not find out why the gasket blew in the first place
