A machine shop that rebuilds engines has equipment to regrind the valves and valve seats.
the intake are next to the carb and the exhaust are next to the exhaust manafold intake are .008 exhaust are .012 with the engine warm good luck
when you have a clutch put in you also have to replace or remove the flywheel and have it refaced to keep from messing up the new clutch, and yes the flywheel is suspose to turn when the engine is turning, so if the flywheel wasnt replaced or refaced then i would say that the flywheel is what the problem is
When the engine is hot .008 intake .012 exhaust or .007 intake .011 exhaust When the engine is cold

Only if you have a lead foot.
It is not good for the engine if it is the original setup from the 1970's. Lead is needed for lubrication to the valves. A reconditioned engine can use unleaded fuel if the intake and exhaust valves and the seats are replaced.
A cylindrical piece of metal that fits in the engine block which is used to create combustion or (Compression, intake and exhaust)
cylinder heads contain the intake and exhaust valve systems and sometimes the cam shaft(s). the valve system parts are normally the parts that wear out first on a high milage engine. these are all vital moving parts that need to be cleaned, reconditioned or replaced, have their respective bearings replaced, and/or be re-machined.
This must be a trick question, but, I will guess: the same time the first internal combustion engine was fired up? Is that what your looking for?!
Automotive mechanic training technical schools teach the latest diagnostics, repair and maintenance techniques. The curriculum addresses the engine, the transmission, the exhaust system, the instrumentation, the electrical system and more.
The myth is that it takes about 1000 miles of "babying" the new engine. Then change the engine oil again.
inboard gas engine exhaust
exhaust pipe connects to the exhaust manifold, which connects to the main engine.
Hi I can get it done for £2300 Regards Phil 07791699856
when the engine and exhaust pipes are cold, the hot exhaust will cool and moisture will condense on the exhaust pipe and drip out. Remember basic chemestry. Automotive fuels are hydrocarbons. The hydrogen molecules in the fuel turns to very hot water vapor when the fuel burns. What you are experiencing is very normal.
It does not hurt an engine to run it with no exhaust muffler
