Greased Lightening works real well. Spray it on, let it sit for a few minutes. Carefull not to get it on aluminum rims because of discoloring. Take scrub brush and scrub firmly, but to harse, for the white can come off too. Rinse with water to check for progress. Repeat again if needed. Remember that where you get your tires will take it off as a courtesy.

Yes, that's what I usually do. Pick a nozzle that gives about 6" spray and get all the old paint off.
Chalking is caused by the existing paint failing. The best way to temporarily remove it is with a good pressure washing. Make sure that your get the building sealed prior to applying a new coat of paint, or the failing paint (which is causing the chalking) will continue to bleed through and prematurely cause your new paint job to start chalking. It's always worth it to get it done right the first time.

Anchor and lift the vehicle. Remove tires to expose rotors and enclosing. They can be hard to remove so use a tool with force, remove center bracket then gently hammer out of place. Exchange old rotors for new. Return mechanisms and tires.

You can use an onion to remove the smell from spoiled paint. In the room or area where the bad smell is lingering, peel an onion and cut it in half. Place on a plate and leave it there for a couple of days.
