To start you must remove the shroud surrounding the heat controller.
Remove the Ash Tray to gain access to (2) Phillips head screws.
There is a white electrical plug behind the ash tray that connects to the two 12V power outlets that needs to be disconnected also.
Then grasp the plastic shroud near the bottom and rotate it up and back. It will hinge around the line between the heat controller and the radio.
There are (4) Phillips head screws that hold the heat controller into the dash. Remove them and pull the heater out so you can disconnect the two plugs that come into the rear of the controller.
Once you have the controller removed there are (6) brass colored screws that hold the front bezel onto the rest of the controller.
Once the bezel is removed you will be able to see (4) small bulbs with blue covers. Two along the bottom and one more on either side.
To remove the bulbs you must disengage the two plastic clips in the center of the top and bottom of the vertical circuit board. (The one with the bulbs in it)
Then you will be able to rotate the board up and away on a flexible cable to gain access to the back of the board.
You will see the little gray plastic sockets of the bulbs, these can be removed by a regular (flat) head screwdriver or possibly by hand depending on if they're stuck or not. They only turn 1/8th of a turn and then come right out.
I believe the bulbs are only available from the dealer for about $3 each.
Could you speak english please?
I can't answer it but I have the same thing happening right now with my 2004. First the directional arrows on the dash go on and off, then the door locks and alarm and it won't start while it is doing all that.
