To drain the compressor you have to remove the compressor from where it is mounted and physically drain the oil from it.

From the lines, condenser and evaporator you have to isolate each item and use a flush kit available at your local auto parts store. It is nearly impossible to completely remove all the oil and trash from the evaporator and the condenser.
