Removal of epoxy paint on a concrete pool is somewhat difficult which is why it's use on concrete or gunite is not recommended. You have two choices, the first is to have it sandblasted off, and the second is hand sanding. Most sand blasting contractors have experience with the process so instruction isn't necessary. The cost should range between $1,200.00 and $1,400.00. Hand sanding is labor intensive, but the cost is substantially less. Two men working for a full 8 hour day can complete about 900 square feet of surface area. Dust masks and goggles are mandatory along with angle grinders and 24 grit sanding pads. Use of any other tool or grit will double or triple the time required.
Yes! The muriatic acid will remove epoxy paint on a concrete floor. Usually the epoxy paint will bubble up and will require a flat-blade or wire brush to full remove and.... repeat as necessary. be sure to nuetralize the floor when finished with (1pound of baking soda to 5 gallons of water). I got this reference from http://foundationarmor.com and it worked!
You can remove epoxy from leather. Use a plastic knife to carefully scrape away as much as you can. After you have scraped away what you can, clean the rest with a cotton ball dipped into Acetone. Wipe away at the epoxy until it is gone.
The way to remove epoxy depends on where the epoxy is. If it is on the skin a person can use vinegar or acetone to remove the epoxy. If the epoxy is dried onto a surface a person can use paint thinner or adhesive remover to get rid of the epoxy.
I wouldn't. I would try to get the first one to cure somehow, possibly by warming that area.
Yes you can if the existing coating is not peeling and adhered well to the concrete. You will need to sand the entire floor with 220 grit sandpaper and remove the dust before recoating. Make sure any oil or grease spots are removed as well.
either epoxy or chlorinated rubber
Have a look at some of the epoxy products.
Epoxy resins are used with aggregate (silica sand) to produce epoxy mortar or epoxy concrete, which is used for structural repairs of concrete.
You must remove the old epoxy coating before pouring the new floor, for otherwise there will be no bonding. If the epoxy coating is thin (e.g, paint) then it may be possible to remove it by hand sanding. If it is a thick coating, then sandblasting is probably the best method. In either case, appropriate dustmasks and other safety precautions are essential. Good luck

Be more specific please- what about removing it? cost? difficulty? What type of pool is it? fiberglass? vinyl liner? concrete?
Epoxy if not much to glue. PL200 in caulk tubes if there is lots to glue.
Concrete, as well as many epoxy mixes will harden underwater. Someone needs to be IN the water to properly apply the patch material.

A concrete pool is better any where if it is done professionally.
Yes, its called "Raycrete", its a 2 part epoxy type mix, designed to be used under water. I have used it and it works great. In addition: Depending on the size of the crack, another option is Prattley Putty, its sets as hard as concrete, even under water. and will be easier to use than epoxy. yes, there are many different kinds that can find at dolphin pool stores.
There does not appear to be anything that can be put in your pool to redeye your concrete in the pool dark blue. This can only be achieved by draining the pool and painting the concrete a dark blue color.
