Hi,
The headlamp bulb is relatively easy to replace in these vans. What you have to do is remove the turn signal assembly first, and then the headlamp assembly. This is done by removing 3 wing nuts that hold the assemblies in, and then pulling the turn signal assembly straight out, followed by the headlamp assembly. The headlamp assembly has to be lifted UP and then Out.
Once you have the assembly out, the headlight bulb can be unscrewed from the back of the assembly and replaced. Be careful not to get any oil from your fingers on the new bulb, as that will heat up when the light is on and decrease the lifetime of the bulb.
