How do you unlock Mii outfit B on Mario Kart Wii?

You have to get an Expert Ghost Time on every single race on time trial mode. If you don't know what an Expert Ghost Time is, Google it. Its not worth getting Mii Outfit B, it's just the same as Mii Outfit A but just a different shade of the outfit colour.

i did this by playing 5,000 vs races, which is the way to do it easily. my mii looks like luigi, and that's awseome.

All you have to do is complete more cups and raceing tracks to unlock more stuff like to be your mii but to unlock your mii you must be on single player.
