the CD goes into the PC and the SD goes into the wii if you need new saves put the sd into the PC and update. I don't know about the GCAR built in though.

Yes there is lots cheats for Mario kart wii it's a channel on your wii menu called The Home brew channel. You will have to transfer it from your laptop to your wii. Its like an action replay only for the wii!!!

you need homebrew, you can risk a virus by downloading it, or waste money by buying zelda:twilight princess I recommend you download it (If you didn't know a wii can take SD Cards like A Dsi)
No, you cannot use a DS as a controller for Wii.
You have to get action replay first. Then, put action replay in the slot with Mario kart DS in action replay. Next, turn the DS on and hit codes. The screen should say that Mario kart DS is inserted. Then hit add new code. Look up the moon jump code. Type in moon jump for the name. Then, type in the correct code and hit save. Lastly, hit boot game with codes. You're done! press B to fly!

No, you cannot use a DSi Action Replay for the Wii - there isn't even a slot for DS games on the Wii. The DSi Action Replay can only be used for a DSi console.

Yes, you can use it on wii. But I dont know if you can add codes to it?
There is no Action Replay for the Wii anymore. It has been discontinued because Nintendo blocked it from working on the Wii with a firmware update.
