According to a website I saw, Advance Auto Parts pays $10-$20 an hour, so I'm guessing is is similar. The pay is determined by knowledge, skills and abilities.
They only pay state minim wage plus a small commission. I happen to work for them and most stores will try to start you at 9.00 hr. But I think that's only in Oregon .
I work for a O'Reilly store in MN and they tend to want to start you off as low as possible. I am only getting $8 p/h. I personally would rather work somewhere else if i am working for pay but I like the environment just not the district managers. They tend to forget how hard it is to deal with some customers.
