Are supplier included (paint, materials), is it a repaint in a furnished home (lost of furniture to move, must be extremely neat) is it a repaint in an empty house (for a house flipper- are floors getting replaced), or is it new construction(lots of caulking, nail hole filling, and priming). Sometimes, like with no materials included and an empty house, it can be as low as .40, other times near 2.00. Like most things in life "it depends"....
